  • If you and the contract CRA wish to enter into a permanent, full-time employment arrangement, we offer a reduced (or in some cases, zero) conversion rate based on the initial contract length.
  • We provide all human resources support to the contract Field Monitors, partnering with you to quickly and effectively resolve any issues with performance.
  • We simplify the logistics of on-boarding and paying the contact CRAs.  You approve the CRAs’ timesheets and/or expenses prior to receiving a streamlined invoice from our firm, greatly reducing the amount of paperwork processed within your organization. Additionally, you will never see hidden fees!
