Ahmed, thank you for your comment.  I agree that there are short comings with relying on scanning systems especially from where I sit in screening great candidates, but it is what a lot of especially larger companies are going to these days.  That&#039;s why the more people can be aware of how the system works and what they can do to overcome it, the better and why we try to get the information out there.]]></description>

<p>Ahmed, thank you for your comment.
