Ramón, I am sorry you are finding it so challenging. I can’t answer your question regarding the Viares CRA training…I am sorry. You may find coaching useful. Jasmyn Adams is a terrific industry coach and may be able to help…sometimes it is just in the details.

All of these fake candidates just make it more difficult for me to find an entry level CRA position (since, from my end, the market appears to be saturated). I have changed my CV three times and been searching for a CRA position since late November/2023. To this date, I still haven’t had any interviews. I will be taking the ACRP certification exam soon but would like to know your feedback on the Viares CRA training. Do you think it would provide an edge when compared to other CRCs that are looking to transition to the CRA position?
