I absolutely understand. Several larger organizations (like Boehringer) have shifted gears in their hiring methodologies and that has caused several excellent CRAs to be without a position.  Couple that with the current industry lull, gaps are inevitable.  

An agency with a solid network within clinical research will understand those gaps (and the trends that led up to them). So just be transparent and there shouldn&#039;t be a problem.
