Hello Angela,

I interviewed with a company a few weeks ago and for some reason, my video wasn't working. Sometimes it happens. I even asked if we could do facetime. A few weeks after that, the person whom I interviewed with video did not work as well. So, I now know that there is fraud in research, but sometimes a technical issue occurs on either end. If the advice is to not even consider that person, you may miss a golden opportunity with a great candidate. It is definitely a tough decision.

Thanks,
