Anita, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. I think it is admirable that you are concerned with making a difference; however, I believe that anyone in any role can make a difference. Said differently, I believe that effecting change is just as possible supporting others. 

Actually, even in my leadership role I see myself as more of a servant and support person to my team than supervisor.  I would be t that even the most notable scientists, physicians, and world leaders have made a difference because they are doing something they are passionate about. Something they believe in. 

Follow your passion.  You can&#039;t go wrong with doing what you love.
