					<description><![CDATA[I wish to add a practical point to also add for job seekers.  I usually find that I am contacted by a dozen recruiters for the same positions.  If these relate to contract positions, in this case I would also consider the package of benefits which a staffing agency offers its job seeking client, especially when the offered hourly rate is equivalent.  For instance, the medical, dental and vision plans offered, as well as the employee/family contribution to these plans.  From some firms which have a smaller pool, these costs for the employee may exceed that for COBRA.  Also, the availability for STD and LTD, FSA plans, 401K, life insurance, etc.  This should be taken into account along with the offered contracted hourly rate, as a higher benefits cost will result in a lower net take-home salary.]]></description>
