Seeking a contract to perm, high quality Remote Site Manager for one of our top Sponsors. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a Sponsor who has amazing products with growth opportunity. This Site Manager will be fully remote, with the only travel is for team meetings 1-2 times a year. The only requirements include having at least 2 years' experience as a Remote Site Manager or CRA for a CRO or Sponsor, located in the United States, to be fluent in French as some of the sites are French speaking, Study Startup experience, and a Bachelor's degree. No therapeutic experience required but it is a plus if you have Cardio and/or Device experience, in any role.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Help the Project Manager and Clinical Research Associates with start-up duties, which includes helping to develop a process of informed consent form prior to IRB submission, and to collect study startup documents from the clinical research sites
  • Ensuring the clinical research site’s staff is following the Protocol and GCP by doing weekly maintenance and management
  • Work with the clinical research site’s staff on initial and ongoing training throughout the life of the study
  • Work with the client’s management team to report site activities, including enrollment updates
  • Verify that the clinical research site location has resources needed to run the study as well as confirming that their staff has the needed qualifications, on a regular basis
  • Assist the client’s management team with ensuring that the site has the study’s devices and verify that the device is at the clinical research site’s location by using a tracking system
  • Verify that all adverse events and patient information is reported as listed in the protocol
  • Escalation to the client’s management team any protocol deviations, GCP, SOPs, or any other regulatory requirements and assist in a corrective action plan
  • Query review and assist in resolution of queries
  • Engage in team meetings and participate in your department’s growth by assisting in updating trainings and SOPs
  • Ability to change direction as priorities change within the department
Job Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 2 years’ recent experience as a Remote Site Manager or CRA for a CRO or Sponsor
  • Must have at least one year of Study Startup experience, while working for a CRO or Sponsor
  • Must be located in the United States
  • Must be fluent in French
  • Must be able to travel 1-2 times per year for team meetings
  • Must be available for 100% utilization
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • It is a plus if you have Cardiology, Device, and/or Cardiac Device experience, in any role
  • It is a plus if you have experience with Health Canada
  • It is a plus if you have RBM experience (Risk-Based Monitoring)
  • It is a plus if you have experience with Inpatient or surgical, in any role
